If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us directly.
What information we collect
We may collect and process the following information:
- Your name
- Contact information such as email address or phone number
- Booking details and enquiries submitted via our website
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to enquiries
- Manage table bookings
- Improve our website and services
We will only use your data where we have a lawful basis to do so.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, or any other analytics, tracking or advertising service. There is nothing here to accept or decline, which is why we have not asked you to.
Two things on the site take you somewhere else: the booking button, which opens our reservation system in a new tab, and the address, which opens Google Maps. Those are separate websites with their own cookies and their own privacy policies. This policy covers this website only.
If we add analytics in future, we will update this page before we do it, and you will be asked first.
How we protect your data
We are committed to ensuring your information is secure. Suitable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to anyone. We do rely on a small number of suppliers to run the website and take bookings, and your information passes through them:
- Netlify, which hosts this website, and receives anything you send us through a form on it
- Dojo, our table booking system
- Google, whose Gmail runs our enquiries inbox, so anything you send us is stored there
Beyond that, we share information only where the law requires us to.
How long we keep your data
We only keep personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or to meet legal requirements.
Your data protection rights
Under UK data protection law, you have rights including:
- The right to access your personal data
- The right to request correction of inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to object to or restrict processing
If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
